Join David Giddins, a trustee of the Shrewsbury Railway Heritage Trust, for an enlightening walk along the old track bed.
David will share his extensive catalogue of photographic images, providing fascinating descriptions as you learn more about this significant part of our local history.

Since this walk, people who came along have been sending in their memories and some additional information. We will be sharing this with the SRHT but to expand on the 'back of the sheds' we received this:
You can see the Back of the Sheds more clearly on this and the two old (now defunct) railway lines - with the spur that heads out to Abbey Station.
How it all intersects through Coleham and Belle Vue is the interesting bit.
Bridge abutments by Montague Place still in place for example, railway holt stop under Hereford Bridge....
